It's countless the combinations that can be done with coffee in the meals, deserts and some drinks. On all of these cases it's pretended that the fragrance of the coffee must be the dominating fragrance when it's time to taste it. Only for example we included some recepees:

IRISH COFFEE (for six people).

Add 2 tea spoons of sugar in each cup of whisky in a warm cup. Then add coffee that must be very hot in each cup and remove. Then add cream on top of each cup, very slowly so the surface is kept intact.

BCOFFEE BUNS WITH CREAM
(for six people).
INGREDIENTS;

Melt the butter in the hot coffee and add flour and salt, then place on moderate fire until the mix becomes fluid. Take out of the fire and then add the eggs one by one without stop on the shaking until it become like a pasta. On a greassed tray pour the mix with a spoon leaving a space of 4 cms between each bunn. Set of fire for 20 minutes, then lower the fire and let cool down for 20 minutes. Remove the buns from the tray and let them cool down, it's on this moment when you cut them and stuff them with cream and coffee.

HONEY COFFEE.

INGREDIENTS

Place tow tea spoons of honey in each cup, then half a branch of cinnamon; once prepared the coffee pour in each one of the cups, the coffee must be hot.
